- ALIVE Ventures. Acumen Latam Impact Ventures – ALIVE – seeks to transform lives for low-income communities in Latin America (with a focus on Colombia and Peru) by investing in socially impactful companies that have profitable business models and require capital to grow. Over the course of each investment, ALIVE works closely with its investees to help scale their innovative solutions, tackling some of the most pressing challenges faced by the region's most vulnerable.
- Amberes Ventures. Amberes Ventures is a seed capital fund focused on startups in the food and beverage ventures.
- Arrebol Capital. Arrebol Capital supports startup founders at the seed stage, helping them leverage technology to disrupt established industries. Their expertise includes world-class advisory services in Fintech and Logistics.
- EWA Capital. EWA Capital, one of the most experienced and successful early-stage investment teams in LAC, is raising its second Venture Capital fund EWA II (target size USD $25 Mn) with a gender-smart approach to invest in Colombia and LAC. EWA II targets companies with a “gender smart” footprint: +40% in companies led by women or with women in leadership positions; 100% must commit to gender equality and empowerment.
- Fondo Impacta. Impacta is an Impact Venture Capital Fund founded by the EAN University based in Colombia, supporting environmental and social companies in green and climate technology, inclusion, social diversity, educational, and financial sectors within the Pacific Alliance countries.
- InQlab. InQlab is a VC firm focused on investing in early-stage tech-based startups in the Colombian and Latin American markets. Sector-agnostic, the firm emphasizes technology-enabled, extraordinary growth potential.
- Inversor. Inversor is a Colombian organization created by 13 institutions that believed, and continue to believe, in building an asset management model that, in addition to being profitable, positively impacts the country.

- Koyamaki Ventures. Koyamaki Ventures is a crypto-focused venture capital firm founded in 2022 and named after the Japanese umbrella-pine. - Alquería-Pérgamo Ventures SAS is an investment firm established by PNS de Colombia S.A., the parent company of Alquería, a leading Colombian dairy producer owned by the Cavelier Lozano family. With an authorized capital of COP 400 million, Pérgamo Ventures focuses on fintech and agribusiness sectors in Colombia.
- Auteco Mobility - CVC: Auteco Mobility, a leading Colombian electric mobility company, actively invests in innovative startups across Latin America. Its venture activity includes a USD $2M investment in MUVO, a micromobility startup offering electric bike rentals; participation in a $40M round for Galgo, a fintech providing vehicle financing for underserved populations; and a strategic partnership with BikeExchange, supporting e-commerce growth in the cycling industry. - Bancolombia Ventures. Bancolombia Ventures is the corporate venture capital (CVC) arm of Grupo Bancolombia, designed to drive innovation and strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Colombia.
- Bios Ventures. BIOS Ventures is the corporate venture capital (CVC) arm of Grupo BIOS, Colombia's leading agro-industrial conglomerate with over 70 years of experience in sectors such as animal nutrition, genetics, poultry, pork, seafood, and pet food.
- Comfama Ventures. Comfama is a social project dedicated to building the human capital of families at different stages of their lives through its financial, educational, cultural, leisure, health, housing, employment, entrepreneurship, and business development services. The CVC program goal is to drive social innovation through strategic investments in startups with high potential for social impact and aligned with Comfama’s areas of interest.
- Fundación Bancolombia. Fundación Bancolombia defines impact investment as the strategic allocation of financial resources, technical assistance, and educational support to foster sustainable rural development in Colombia. This approach aims to bridge the gap between rural and urban areas by empowering communities and enhancing their quality of life through targeted investments.
- Grupo Alpina. Grupo Alpina has partnered with Rockstart, to launch a corporate venture capital initiative focused on the agrifood sector. Their goal is to invest in at least 18 startups over the next two years, supporting technological innovations in agriculture and food production
- Grupo Bolivar SA. Fintech, Insurtech, Life Science, and Ecommerce agnostic (Strategic Fit with Grupo Bolívar). Investment stage: Series A and B. Investment in Tyba (a startup by Credicorp). Minimum investment ticket: USD 300,000.
- Inndigo Ventures - ISA ISA's investment and strategic alliances program, ISA is the electric power transmission company with the largest presence in Latin America and more than 57 years of history, which contributes to improving the quality of life of millions of people in the region.
- Sodimac Corona: Sodimac Corona, a joint venture between Organización Corona and Grupo Falabella, operates the Aceleradora Sodimac Corona, a corporate accelerator aimed at fostering innovation in the retail and construction sectors in Colombia. This initiative seeks mature startups that can contribute to open innovation within Corona and Sodimac, providing them with mentorship, business development opportunities, and access to a broad network of stakeholders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Trinity Capital Ventures. Founded in 2020, Trinity Capital Ventures seeks to invest in early-stage companies that are innovative, sustainable, and profitable, and that create opportunities for livelihood and development for many.
- Ventures EPM. The Ventures EPM Program is an initiative by Empresas Públicas de Medellín (EPM) that aims to promote innovation and entrepreneurship in strategic sectors such as energy, water, telecommunications, and solid waste. Since its creation in 2013, it has supported more than 30 companies through two private equity funds: Private Equity Fund I, which has been liquidated, and Private Equity Fund II, active until 2031.
- Grupo de Energía de Bogotá. GEB Ventures. This initiative is part of GEB's broader innovation strategy, aiming to accelerate the adoption and adaptation of innovations within the utilities, energy, Industry 4.0, and sustainable mobility sectors. GEB Ventures focuses on collaborating with advanced-stage startups (scale-ups) that have existing revenue streams, particularly those aligned with GEB's core business areas and sustainability goals.

- Ventura Strategy & Family Office. Ventura Family Office is an investment vehicle with a regional focus on Latin America and the United States. While sector-agnostic, the office primarily invests in early-stage startups and ventures, particularly during the pre-seed and seed stages. As a single-family office, Ventura seeks opportunities across a wide range of industries, with flexibility in company size depending on the asset type and investment round. Typical investment sizes range from USD $20,000 to COP $50,000,000, with actual amounts varying based on the characteristics of each opportunity.

Aceleradoras para startups originarias de Colombia
- Apps.co. is a program by the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies, in partnership with the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism and iNNpulsa Colombia. Its goal is to transform and enhance the business ecosystem by strengthening digital startups and companies, contributing to the country's productive transformation.
- Bictia. Bictia is an accelerator and angel investor focused on boosting technology-based ventures in the context of the 4th Industrial Revolution.
- Carmenta Labs. Carmenta labs partner with companies, from startups to large corporations, to transform ideas into successful businesses. We leverage our expertise in VC investing, investment banking, tech development, and our extensive network to boost entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial ventures in LATAM.
- CleantechHUB. CleantechHUB drives climate entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems in clean technologies in Latin America through early-stage climate entrepreneurship programs and tailored growth services.
- Corporación Ventures. Corporación Ventures is the most established organization dedicated to promoting and strengthening entrepreneurship in Colombia. - En-Campo: A program by Fundación Bancolombia that accelerates and strengthens businesses with impact in rural Colombia, with the purpose of boosting the competitiveness and sustainability of the rural productive sector. Through strategic support, it aims to help businesses scale their economic, social, and environmental impact as a competitive advantage, while preparing them financially to connect with investors and key partners.
- EF Ventures. EF Ventures is a Venture Capital firm with three verticals: EF Ventures (a VC investing between $25,000 and $250,000 in startups specializing in sales), EF Exponential Accelerator (a 4-month acceleration program for scaling rapidly), and EF Espacios Flexibles (providing workspace for startups to foster entrepreneurship and innovation). - Escala. - GTMC - Georgia Tech Medellín Center. The Georgia Tech Medellín Center (GTMC) is an innovation and entrepreneurship hub established in 2023 by the Georgia Institute of Technology’s Enterprise Innovation Institute (EI²). - On.Going. On.going is the impact entrepreneurship center of EAFIT University, located in Medellín, Colombia.
- Pantera Makers. Pantera Makers is an impact accelerator in Colombia and Latam with 15 years of experience in the market and in the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem, helping ventures and companies of various sectors, regions, and sizes or stages grow.
- Polymath Ventures. Polymath Ventures invests in and builds early-stage tech companies for Latin America's emerging middle class and SMBs in Vertical SaaS, FinTech, and HealthTech. They also operate a Venture Studio to launch companies from scratch.
- Pygma. Pygma is a Startup Accelerator backing Latin founders in Latin America and the US who are building the future.
- Rockstart LATAM. Rockstart LATAM is an accelerator and VC investing across the region in early-stage startups. It offers $125,000 in funding, a 6-month acceleration program, and a lifetime alumni program. With 78 investments, it focuses on two verticals: emerging tech (industry-agnostic) and agrifood tech, with follow-on investments starting at $175,000.
- Ruta N. Ruta N is Medellín's innovation and business center, established in 2009 as a joint initiative between the Mayor's Office of Medellín, UNE, and EPM. Its mission is to transform Medellín into a knowledge-based economy by fostering science, technology, and innovation (STI) to improve the quality of life for its inhabitants.
- Upview Ventures. Upview Ventures is a Colombo-Arab accelerator with two years in the market, supporting 13 startups in its portfolio. It runs a 12-week acceleration program offering mentorship in marketing, sales, finance, and legal aspects, as well as international exposure, coworking spaces, and access to foreign investment, primarily targeting the Middle Eastern market.

- Andes Angels Global Network. The Andes Angels Global Network is the angel investor network for the worldwide alumni community network at University of Los Andes.
- Fundación Bolívar Davivienda. The Angel Investor Network is a program committed to the social transformation of profitable and sustainable businesses. - Bancóldex. The Bancóldex Capital Fund of Funds is an initiative by the Foreign Trade Bank of Colombia (Bancóldex) that mobilizes resources toward the private equity and entrepreneurial fund industry in Colombia and Latin America. Its goal is to promote the development of alternative financing mechanisms for entrepreneurs and business owners, fostering economic growth and innovation in the region.
- Medellín Venture Capital. The Medellín Venture Capital program is a strategic initiative led by the Medellín Mayor’s Office and the Ruta N Corporation, designed to strengthen the entrepreneurial capital ecosystem in the city and the region. It also acts as a fund of funds, investing in investment vehicles such as Micro VCs, emerging VCs, and mature VCs, with an emphasis on local managers or those establishing operations in the city.
- Veronorte. Veronorte Capital Fund of Funds I LP is an investment initiative managed by the Colombian venture capital firm Veronorte, based in Medellín. This fund of funds was established in 2022 and is registered in Delaware, USA.
